Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DriveBot (“the Service”), available at drivebot.in and through its API. By creating an account or using the Service — directly or through software agents acting on your behalf — you agree to them.

1. Accounts

Accounts are identified by a mobile phone number verified with a one-time code. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including by AI agents or other software you have given API keys to. Keep your keys secret; revoke any key you believe is compromised.

2. Organizations and roles

Organization owners and admins control who can access an organization's workspaces and what they may do. We act on the instructions of users with the appropriate role and are not responsible for access decisions made inside your organization.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to files you store. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process (for example, extract text for search), and serve that content to the people and agents you authorise. You must have the rights to anything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes others' rights; to attack, overload or probe the Service or other users; or to circumvent access controls. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. API and automated access

Automated access is expected and welcome. We may apply rate limits and may change the API with reasonable notice for breaking changes. Software acting with your API key is your agent for the purposes of these terms.

6. Availability and data

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranty. You are responsible for keeping copies of content that is important to you. We may delete content from accounts that have been closed or inactive for an extended period, after notice where practical.

7. Fees

Where a paid plan applies, fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we will make your content available for export for a reasonable period unless the law prevents it.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@drivebot.in.
